Early adopters get to play with an early version of integrating a large language model into your Hub

Earlier this week I used an excerpt from a chat with Philip Weiss & Jesús Azogue as a starting point for a conversation with ChatGPT about some of the content in my Hub.

"If Charts lie, ChatGPT visualisations lie brilliantly". Exploring knowledge visualisations powered by ChatGPT, which can be particularly problematic because of the way the LLM's hallucinations - already hard to spot by their very nature - are also hidden behind the visualisation. But they have real potential as a creative muse.

"I'm working with the garage door up as I learn how best to integrate AI with MyHub.ai... as anyone who has played with any LLM for any length of time knows... You need to try stuff out, compare results and try some more. You need, in other words, to experiment... Given that I am managing my research notes in Obsidian, sharing them here …

My first experiment with a GPT built on my previous 5 experiments into integrating MyHub.ai with ChatGPT.

Over the summer I put the "ai" into myhub.ai and turned my Hub into a personal GPT wrapper. I've been experimenting ever since.

We've tweaked the navigation phrase so that the default is to show "All the" resources on your home page, rather than just "The Best". More tweaks are on the way.

Overviews allow you to add value to a collection of Resources. They appear whenever relevant in the left column, and in the navigation phrase if you want them to.

An innovative writing toolkit will further extend the productivity tools offered to MyHub editors.

Hubs help your visitors easily find the content they're interested in. Your Hub's Homepage shows "All the Stuff you Like, Think and Do about Everything, Anytime...": - ie everything. Your visitors can alter that 'navigation phrase' to find what they want.

Whenever you see something you want to Hub, just select some text and click the ‘bookmarklet’ button you’ve dragged onto your Browser’s toolbar.

The chatbot you can find on my example Hub is a pale imitation of what Beta users should get.

Update (15/5/2022): the default Hub Homepage is now "All the Stuff you Like, Think and Do about Everything, Anytime...", so your HomePage will not be empty as soon as you publish your first item.Original post follows:---The content you're creating is not showing up on your Home Page because your Home Page only shows Highlighted item…

Apart from using the bookmarklet to curate the Stuff you Like, Think and Do, you can publish full-length posts on your Hub.

MyHub’s AI engine automatically tags any content you put in your Inbox, Queue or Hub, in the process learning from you and your visitors.

You can currently edit your About page and the social links in the banner, create Categories in your Hub’s navigation and (optionally) Services to describe your offer. This list will grow.

Your Hub’s navigation is a natural sentence - the 'navigation phrase'. The word “Everything” in it is the default choice from a dropdown list of Categories. Each is a bundle of tags, allowing you to organise your content in overlapping groups.

Each (optional) Service page not only sets out the Services you provide, it provides the stuff you Like, Think and Do relevant to that service, making it more useful to your audience.
