Top Tasks Management is a model that says: “Focus on what really matters (the top tasks) and defocus on what matters less (the tiny tasks).” Tiny tasks are a nightmare for web teams ... and are also full of organizational ego." The only issue we have here is that in some contexts, ALL tasks are tiny - for example, when you're looking at users of a site like EUROPA, where almost all visitors are highly specialised.
