Proof of concept: Excel-managed dynamic knowledge browser
The Knowledge Browser efficiently provides an instant, interactive overview of a complex field, composed of many different interrelated concepts.
The result of one of a series of short projects I ran for the European Commission to explore innovative online communication tools, the knowledge browser is:
- an interactive d3.js-driven knowledge visualisation providing a graphical overview of interrelated concepts
- edited using Excel
- dynamically updated as soon as the file is uploaded
- provided in web, mobile and screenreader-friendly versions.
